Threat-intel-backed investigation and domain takeover proceedings

Decades of experience spanning internationally recognized law firms, in-house legal teams, and elite cyber threat-intelligence teams.

I bring that experience together to investigate and disrupt malicious infrastructure, use legal process to pursue attribution, and where appropriate, make criminal referrals aimed at stopping threat actors from targeting or retargeting your organization.

Let’s explore together what makes practical sense for your organization.

How does Jonathan differ from a conventional domain lawyer or UDRP practice?

A conventional domain-law practice may focus primarily on the legal requirements, pleadings, procedure, and remedy for the disputed domain. Jonathan can do that work while also approaching the domain as an investigative pivot when the facts suggest a broader infrastructure or actor problem.

That difference matters most when technical relationships among domains, registrants, hosting, mail, redirects, identities, or other infrastructure may affect common-control analysis, evidence development, provider escalation, attribution, or follow-on legal process. The technical investigation and the legal proceeding can then inform one another instead of operating as separate workstreams.

Not every domain dispute needs that broader approach. A straightforward isolated matter may require only focused domain counsel; the added value is in matters where the legal question and the infrastructure investigation are materially connected.
